I’m always looking for simple quick recipes that I can use hiking/camping that are quick and easy. Snagged this recipe from allrecipes.com.

I changed a few things:
  1. I used oriental noodles
  2. I carry a Ziploc bag of three cheeses in my food pack.
  3. I don’t carry cans in my pack but I bring along vacuum packed food.  Bubble bee tuna is usually the cheapest.
It only takes about ten minutes and you have a quick lunch on a trail worth a little under 600 cal.
